Return & Exchange Policy

1. We kindly require to check the Purchased items carefully while the Driver at your place and take your decision immediately,in case if you are not satisfied with the items, we will require to pay for the Delivery fees.
2. All orders made through the ARCADIA Boutique website, Instagram and Facebook pages are final, and the product is returned and refunded in the event of manufacturing defects, or if the item does not conform to the prescribed standard specifications, or if the item does not perform the purpose for which it was contracted.
3. Any return postage costs will be at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
4. ARCADIA BOUTIQUE will not accept returns with any signs of wear.
